For our team of researchers and engineers, we seek for a student to support our research and experiments in the field of OCT-based sensing for medical applications.

Your role

Work with cutting-edge optical devices

Develop and test concepts for OCT-based sensing

Research existing solutions in the scientific and patent literature

Conduct and evaluate experiments
Profil
-
A BSc and are enrolled in a master's program in electrical engineering, physics, optics and photonics, biomedical engineering or similar

Good understanding of the fundamentals of optics

Programming knowledge in at least one of the following: Python, C++, Matlab

First hands-on experience with optical devices is a plus

Excellent organization, problem-solving and communication (English and/or German)

Passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies as well as motivation to work in agile, interdisciplinary teams
