What you'll do

We are looking for a student supporting the Process Engineering Team inwet clean studies of novel materials, novel test structures or novel equipment features for advanced tech nodes.

Your tasks:

• Support the Process Engineering Team for lab activities, analytical studies and research
• Perform fundamental studies to determine the most suited solution approaches
• Conduct experiments with wet chemicals in beaker and on system level

University Master student in one of the following areas:

• Chemistry
• Physics
• Material Science
• or a related field of study

Preferred qualifications

• Good English written and communication skills
• Able to work with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and accuracy

Internship details

Desired start: June/July 2026

Internship duration: 10-12 weeks

Compensation

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry (https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf), according to the education level.
