You are working primarily in our office in Hamburg including the option to work from home up to three days a week. Visits in Oldenburg are occasionally.
Aufgaben

• Support in planning and implementing national and international offshore wind projects
• Managing technical aspects of the WTG package, including contract negotiation and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Conducting technical due diligence for offshore wind projects
• Identifying and managing technical risks and project impacts
• Preparing technical documentation (specifications, processes, concepts)
• Ensuring adherence to approval and certification requirements (national/international)
• Supporting contractual compliance of technical documentation
• Supervising installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes offshore

Profil

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Wind Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field with technical expertise in WTG design
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on offshore wind turbine supply contracts
• Strong team player with proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, including offshore work if required
• Fluent German and English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Valid car driving license (B or Class 3)
